Items are located either in our showroom in Upper Hutt, or in our suppliers warehouses in Auckland. Generally items will ship to you within 24 hours of payment being received. In the unlikely event of a delay in being able to get products to you, you will be informed prior to the payment process.
We generally use posthaste couriers to deliver our products, and they require a street address for delivery (No PO Boxes), and they also require a signature, so a daytime delivery address would be appreciated.
In the unlikely event of a return of a product needing to be made please get in touch with us prior to returning the product. Sometimes there can be some simple checks done before the product is sent back to us, which can save time and money.
For items being returned under warranty, please again get in touch with us, and return them with a note clearly stating the return address, and the presenting issue with the product.
Most of our products have a full 12 month warranty, backed up by New Zealand suppliers, so we can generally turn around repairs in a reasonably timely manner.
